Relax and Reconnect Retreats

• 60-minute Swedish full body massage
• This service is based with a relaxation vibe 
• Afterwards enjoy sharing conversation for an additional 30 minute while enjoying a fresh prepared lite meal

Approx. 3 hours (without add-ons) 

• 45-minute Swedish Massage
• This service is based with a relaxation vibe 
• There will be a 30-minute lite meal break to reconnect with the group while enjoying fresh prepared food

Approx. 3 hours for 3 people (without add-ons)

• 30-minute Swedish Massage
• This service is based with a relaxation vibe

Approx. 3.5 hours for 4 people (without add-ons)

Each person will choose 48-hours before the retreat the homemade lite meal of their choice. Item details will be specified at this time.

You will choose:

Cup of Soup, Organic Salad and Breadstick

Cup of Fruit and Toasted Bagel with topping choice

Spring water with lemon on the side. Water cooler on premises. You are welcome to bring your own drink. 

All items are homemade and sourced from my garden and local farmers when possible.

Bring a clean 1/2 gallon cardboard carton and fill it up with flowers from the garden. You must start your retreat by 9:00 to enjoy this add-on for flowers not to wilt. 

I will provide scissors.

I love gardening and I sell my extras in season. Depending on what time of the year you come depends on the availability. Check out the garden news tab so see what is currently available. I must know day before if you want any garden goodies and they will be picked the morning of your retreat and ready for you to take home and enjoy.
